We've used Rich for several issues ranging from mold to possible ground contamination. I have to say he is the nicest most honest person I have ever met. He never tried to sell us on anything we didn't need and even saved us lot's of money when other's tried to clean us out. Highly recommend. You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you used anyone else
