My grandfather and I had a potentially HUGE contamination issue recently involving many things from mold to asbestos and possible lead on some commercial property. The owner Rich and all of his staff were SO nice and helpful, and really went above and beyond! They were fast and very thorough, and they didn't over charge us like many other's in the area wanted to do. I am VERY satisfied with their services and highly recommend them to anyone! This is the way all customer service should be 🙂

I had a major water leak in my home. The contractor the insurance company sent over opened up some walls to dry them out but didn't test for asbestos. A week later they tested the broken plaster and it In fact was asbestos. I fired the contractor and immediately called a few air sampling company's. One of the companies I called was Jet environmental. Richard immediately called back and this was on thanksgiving. He came the next day and tested the whole house which everything came back positive for asbestos. Richard has been guiding me through every step of the process. He prepared a detailed proposal so contractors understand exactly what needs to be done to remedy the situation properly. He also monitored the air as the work is being done to make sure the work being done is correct. Rich is always available to speak to and I've never gone a day without him returning my call. I would recommend Rich to anyone who has been in my situation.
